This Agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions governing your use of Classic Cayman. By accessing and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Note, Classic Cayman is owned and operated by Classic Cayman Ltd. All references to “Classic Cayman” in these Terms apply equally to Classic Cayman Ltd.

Businesses acting in a commercial capacity rather than as private sellers/advertisers will be contacted for a partnership agreement or may face removal from the platform.

You will not post advertisements for adult content, products, or services, nor will you post slanderous or derogatory content. Ads that violate these Terms will be removed, and your account may be closed without prior notice or refund.

SERVICE

Classic Cayman reserves the right to remove any listings or advertisements at its sole discretion. However, we are not obligated to monitor or review all posted ads.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available only to individuals who can legally form binding contracts. Our services may be used by minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts and User IDs are non-transferable. You also agree not to misuse personal information obtained through Classic Cayman for unsolicited commercial messages.

PAYMENTS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS

Payments for purchases are made directly between the Buyer and Seller. Classic Cayman does not facilitate or manage payment transactions. The terms of payment must be mutually agreed upon before finalizing a transaction.

RELEASE

Classic Cayman is not involved in the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers. We do not control the quality, safety, legality, or completion of transactions. Any disputes between users are solely between the Buyer and Seller. By using our platform, you release Classic Cayman from any liability arising from these dispute.

CONTENT OF MESSAGES

You are responsible for the content of your messages and any consequences that result. Classic Cayman should not be used for chain letters, spam, or any unlawful or offensive material. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any unauthorized use must be reported to Classic Cayman immediately.

REGISTRATION

By registering, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the goods/services being offered and acknowledge that any misrepresentation of ownership may result in action, including contacting law enforcement.
